HOW CAN I WATCH THE GAME?

Arena Football One (AF1) has partnered with HomeTown Network to stream all games not carried on VICE Sports. Visit EvergreenNOW online to watch.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE MERCHANDISE?

Merchandise is available at Kats home games inside F&M Bank Arena or online through the AF1 partnership with Royal Retros.

WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS?

The box office at F&M Bank Arena is open on event days only and typically opens two hours before kickoff. For ticket questions, call (931) 343-3622.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Refunds are only issued if a game is canceled. Refunds will be processed at the point of purchase. Online and phone purchases will be refunded automatically within 7–10 business days. In-person purchases must be refunded at the box office within 30 days.

WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN?

Doors typically open one hour before kickoff at F&M Bank Arena.

WHEN CAN I LINE UP FOR A GAME?

Lining up before 10 a.m. on game day is prohibited. Tents or items blocking entryways are not allowed. Bike racks will designate the start of the line.

AT WHAT AGE DOES A CHILD NEED A TICKET?

Children older than 2 years require a ticket.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED AT F&M BANK ARENA?

For fan safety, the following items are not permitted:

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Chains or wallet chains

  • Knives or sharp objects

  • Fireworks or laser pointers

  • Backpacks, fanny packs or Camelbaks

  • Strollers or car seat carriers

  • Outside food or beverages

  • Audio/video recording devices

  • Professional cameras (cell phones permitted)

  • Studded or metallic belts or jewelry

  • Umbrellas

  • Face coverings that prevent identification (excluding approved health masks)

  • Balloons, selfie sticks, drones

  • Glow sticks, poi balls or hula hoops

  • Signs larger than 8.5” x 11” or containing vulgar language

All guests are subject to search. Items must be returned to your vehicle, or they will be confiscated.

WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?

  • Clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”

  • Small clutch bags (4.5” x 6.5”)

  • All guests are subject to search upon entry.

IS THERE AN ATM?

An ATM is located inside the main entrance on the concourse across from concessions.

IS ALCOHOL AVAILABLE?

Yes. Alcohol is available for purchase with a valid photo ID.

CAN YOU PRINT THIRD-PARTY TICKETS?

No. Tickets purchased through third-party vendors are at your own risk.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Parking is available throughout downtown Clarksville, surrounding F&M Bank Arena.
