KATS PARTNER WITH BYERS & HARVEY FOR TEAM HOUSING
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Nashville Kats have partnered with Clarksville-based Byers & Harvey to house the team’s players and coaches this season.
Byers & Harvey was founded in 1878 and the family-owned company is one of Clarksville’s most historic and successful businesses.
“As a new business in Clarksville, the Kats are excited to partner with one of the city’s true business legacies in Byers & Harvey,” Kats President and Partner Jeff Fisher said. “Their hometown approach has led to them maintaining a commitment to providing exceptional service to the community in the real estate industry.The Kats are proud to be part of that legacy.”
The Kats open the Arena Football One (AF1) season Friday night at 7 versus the Michigan Arsenal at F&M Bank Arena in downtown Clarksville. The game can be watched at the league’s official website TheAF1.com and at HomeTeamSports.com.
The Kats’ deal with Byers & Harvey calls for housing up to 30 players and five coaches and staff members throughout the season. After breaking training camp in Nashville last Thursday, the team moved into its Clarksville residences on Friday.

The Kats compete in Arena Football One (AF1) and will play all seven regular-season home games plus playoff home games at F&M Bank Arena in Clarksville, Tenn.
Last season, the Kats went 7-5 and advanced to the AF1 Arena Crown championship game before falling 60-57 to the Albany Firebirds. AF1 returns for its second season with the following franchises – Nashville Kats, Michigan Arsenal, Albany Firebirds, Kentucky Barrels, Beaumont Renegades, Washington Wolfpack, Oceanside Bombers, Oregon Lightning and Minnesota Monsters. Kats President & Partner JeffFisher also serves as Commissioner of AF1.
